Sabine Brels - Cofounder and UN projet director of the Global Animal Law GAL Association. Dr Sabine Brels did her Master thesis in International Wildlife Law and her Doctorate thesis on Animal Welfare Law Globalization at Laval University, Quebec, Canada. In 2014, she cofounded the Global Animal Law with Antoine Goetschel, www.globalanimallaw.org.
